Just a quick thank you to Simon, Paul, Dave and all the team at Timber Kit Solutions. We had purchased a plot and having seen timber kit houses in Scotland we were keen to investigate further. From the moment we met the guys we were extremely impressed with their knowledge, expertise and professionalism. We had no hesitation in entering into an agreement with them and we have to say that through every stage they have been fantastic to deal with; efficient, polite, courteous, but most of all professional and easy to get on with whilst always being patient and keen for us to have a full understanding of each process and providing us with progress reports. 

They were also very helpful in their dealings with our other contractors including designer, architect, groundwork contractor, roofer and builder, all of who mentioned what an excellent job they had done and how helpful they were. 

I can only concur that this was the case throughout the whole project. Nothing was too much trouble, even when some of our boarding got wet following heavy snow which was of no fault of their own, they were happy to send their guys in to replace it. 

I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anybody considering timber frame over the more traditional build – they met every timescale required and delivered on every promise.
