D.P.C:

Supply and fix 2000 gauge DPC as required prior to sole plate fixing.
DPC will also be fitted to internal to external panel junctions, to aid air tightness.

Soleplates:

Supply and fix Vac-Vac treated pre-cut soleplates.

Structural Metal Work:

Supply and/or fix structural metalwork as specified by the structural engineer.

Gable Walls:

Supply and fix pre-fabricated external walls panels as required.
We can offer a variety of stud sizes, most popular being 38x140mm & 38x184mm C16 grade CLS.

Internal Walls:

Supply and fix pre-fabricated internal walls panels as required.
Stud size for internal walls is generally 38x89mm C16 grade CLS.

Party Walls (flats/apartments only):

Supply and fix pre-fabricated internal walls panels as required.
Party walls generally designed to meet Robust Wall detail EWT-1 or EWT-2.
Supply and fix 1.5mm galvanised mild steel party wall ties as required.

Head Binders:

Supply and fix Vac-Vac treated pre-cut head binders.

Panel Bracing:

47mm x 47mm timber will be used for panel bracing as and where required.

Floor Joist Platforms:

As part of our package, we can supply engineered ‘I’ joists or metal web floor joists.

Intermediate Floor Platform:

Decking supplied will be 22mm Egger Protect or equivalent. This board is manufactured from P5 flooring grade chipboard, faced on both sides with thermosetting resin impregnated kraft paper, bonded to both faces of chipboard. This board can be exposed to the weather for up to 42 days during construction.

Roof Structure:

As part of our package, we supply roof trusses to suit design requirements. In some instances, the design may call for a traditional loose cut roof with glulaminated or steel purlins and softwood rafters.
